1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps and services provided by Asgard Apps ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our apps.
2. The Service
Asgard Apps provides mobile applications, including MapStack, a multi-stop route optimization app. Our apps are available on iOS and Android platforms through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate and up-to-date information You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free and Pro Plans
Our apps may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Free Plan: Provides access to core features with certain limitations (e.g., maximum number of destinations, limited route history). Pro Plan: A paid subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited destinations, advanced route optimization, QR code scanning, document scanning, and more. Feature availability and limits may change over time. We will notify users of significant changes to their plan.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following: • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies We do not directly process payments or have access to your payment information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use our apps for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Use automated systems or bots to access the service • Resell or redistribute the service without permission • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Asgard Apps and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Your route data and personal content remain yours. We claim no ownership over data you create within the apps.
8. Third-Party Services
Our apps integrate with third-party services including Google Maps, Apple Maps, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that route optimization results will always be optimal. Route suggestions are provided as guidance and should be verified by the user. We are not responsible for any navigation decisions made based on our app's suggestions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asgard Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
