4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases (Article 6, UK GDPR): • Consent: You consent to data processing when creating an account and accepting this policy • Contract: Processing is necessary to provide the service you have signed up for • Legitimate interest: We may process data for app improvement and security purposes

5. Third-Party Data Processors

We share data with the following third-party processors who help us operate the service: • Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication and database storage. Your account and route data is stored on Firebase servers. • RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management. Processes purchase status only. • Google Maps Platform — Route optimization, geocoding, and map display. Destination addresses and coordinates are sent to Google for processing. • Google Cloud Vision — OCR/document scanning. Document images are processed to extract text. • Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — Authentication only, when you choose these sign-in methods. All processors comply with GDPR requirements. Data may be transferred to servers outside the UK under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows: • Account data: Retained until you delete your account • Active routes: Retained until you delete them or delete your account • Authentication logs: Retained for the duration of your account When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights: • Right of access (Article 15): You can export all your data from the app settings • Right to rectification (Article 16): You can update your profile information at any time • Right to erasure (Article 17): You can delete your account and all data from the app settings • Right to data portability (Article 20): You can export your data in JSON format • Right to object (Article 21): You can contact us to object to specific processing activities • Right to lodge a complaint: You can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

8. Children's Privacy
